In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a dormancy review and administrative fee as communicated via the email address on record.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonus Funds are credited to your account separately from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or winnings attributable to Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the total qualifying bet turnover. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms.

• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, systematic exploitation of promotional offers, or artificially inflating wagering turnover.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or payment infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vw138 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties in exchange for remuneration (acting as a bandar bola, i.e., an unlicensed bookmaker intermediary).

vw138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.
• A request by you to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring vw138 to restrict or close the account.
• Suspicion of collusion, match-fixing, or integrity-related activity in connection with any event on which bets have been placed.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting vw138 support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where vw138's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, total aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
